Frontline, Frontline Plus, Advantage, and Advantix shipping

• All of the flea products we represent are genuine Bayer (Advantage and Advantix) or Merial (Frontline and Frontline Plus) and are mailed directly to you by a veterinarian. Please allow 7 to 21 business days for delivery. However, customer feedback indicates the nominal time is around 10 to 12 business days.
• Flea product shipping is by first class mail and is FREE per order regardless of the number of items! There is no tracking information. The extra cost to the customer has not proven that valuable.
• On some larger orders, the shipment may be broken down into several smaller units. Note: The mail system will not deliver all split packages at the same time or even in sequence. You may receive package 2 of 2 a few days before receipt of package 1 of 2.
• If different products are ordered at the same time they may be sent by different veterinarians. In that case they will not arrive at the same time. There is no shipping coordination between the veterinarians.

Payment may be made online by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal. Payment by check may be made by mailing a note detailing the product desired along with a check in the amount required for the order to:

Your order will be shipped the first business day after we have been notified your check has cleared.

Placing and order

1. Get to the brand page by clicking the Tab at the top of any page. (Note: some advertising will take you directly to the brand you chose.)
2. Search on the Brand page for the product needed for your pet. (Cats and dogs take different product.) Then click on the picture to get to the specific product page or click on the "Add to Cart" button to go directly to the "My Cart" page.
3. To place an item in your shopping cart from the specific product page, click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button, which is located below the product description on each product page.
   
4. Click "Check Out" at the bottom of your shopping cart when you are finished shopping. &nbspPrior to checking out, you can also click on the Register button (optional) to create a login and password for easy repeat ordering, so you don't have to re-enter address and credit card information every time you order.
   
5. Complete the checkout process by providing billing and shipping information.
   
6. Submit a valid credit card.

Extra Savings
On the "My Cart" page, type in the coupon code SaveMore and your order cost will automatically be reduced by:

1. $4 for orders over $50,
2. $8 for orders over $90,
3. $12 for orders over $120,
4. $16 for orders over $150,
5. 5% off Total Order for orders over $400,

Returns
may be made within 30 days of purchase.  Any unopened, manufacturer packaged product may be returned.  A full refund will be given upon return of items less a 15% restocking fee and the original cost of shipping.  We recommend sending returns insured and in a secure box for your protection. Email us for the return address and an RMA number before returning any product.

• All credit card transactions are completely secured.
• We are members of the TRUSTe site privacy program and have conformed to their standards for online privacy.
• All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption.  When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to the Credit Card company.  You don't have to worry that your credit card number will be intercepted and read on the way to a secure Web site.
